Once we say "SOLD!", the merchandise is yours and we are no longer responsible for it

All purchases must be removed, entirely and with no abandonment, on the night of the sale or no later than 4:00pm the following day - NO EXCEPTIONS

Purchases must be paid for on the night of the sale - cash or approved check only

Any abandoned lots will be disposed of and charged to the buyer!!

We love children, but any unattended or unruly kids will be sold ;-)
